Session Outcomes

0-2 Years


- Initial interactions with other children (same age and older)


- Learning to communicate and share with other children


 - Develop and build upon Erikson’s Stage Of Trust vs. Mistrust - developing on a sense of being nurtured and loved but also starting to recognise the challenges interactions can bring

2-5 Years

 

- Learn turn-taking in a game scenario & the concept of personal space

 

- Understand the conventions of social interactions

 

- Understand & practise social overtures, learning how to start conversations, recognise turn-taking in a conversation & join a group of children already playing
